I wrap them in plastic or else put them in zip lock bags and put them in the
refrigerator to chill. I put them on a plate or tray with crackers; put a
knife on the plate and everyone cuts off some of the cheese ball and puts it
on a cracker. They do, however, freeze well and I frequently make several
and freeze them then thaw them just before serving. Cheese balls can be
rolled in finely chopped nuts or served plain. I make lots of different
kinds such as pineapple, some with chili, some with onions, green peppers,
chipped beef or finely chopped ham and the list goes on and on. Use your
creativity and have fun making them. I hope this helps, Syl. If you have
other questions just ask.

Subject: [RecipesAndMore] question about cheese balls

Hi everyone,
my question is, what is the procedure for cheese balls?
after they are rolled in to balls, or logs?
I am not getting it.
do they all stay frozen, or is there another way that they can be served,
that I'm not getting?
sorry for my ignorance, but after I mix all the ingrediants together, I
really don't know waht to do, besides put them in the freezer.
can some one please instruct me on how to serve them?
thanks so much
Syl
