Bruce, I think it is important to write it in such a way as to be inclusive of all. I
think your
phrase does that but I also think there are many in the country who would not see it
that way.
I think there must be a way to word it so that all people feel it relates to them -
including
Aboriginal peoples.
A simple "by all we hold sacred".
