rtmp://ip-here:port-here/app-name, so swap localhost with say
192.168.0.111:1935 (note that if you changed ports configuration your
port may vary)

if you run swf files located on your Linux machine then localhost should
be fine for default preferences. I suggest you to try connection from XP
box to Ubuntu with Ofla where address isn't hardcoded.

hum... there's really something strange...
you can test the oflademo here : http://www.rkn14.net/demos/ofla_demo.swf

the server ip is 88.191.16.113

when i put "rtmp://88.191.16.113:1935/oflaDemo", or "rtmp://88.191.16.113/oflaDemo", or "rtmp://localhost:1935/oflaDemo", or "rtmp://localhost/oflaDemo"   ==> it doesn't work...

But the most strange is that if a run (at the same time) red5 server on my windowsXP (client machine), and put "localhost" in the swf app running at "http://www.rkn14.net/demos/ofla_demo.swf" (and not in localhost !), it works....

Localhost always point to the client machine, 'cause it executed on the client machine...

The netstatus (using IP adres) result is :
(166181) connected?: true
(187186) NetConnection.onStatus:
  level = error
  code = NetConnection.Connect.Failed

I don't really understand, because in local mode, on my windows xp, it
works well, very well :)

What net status do you get, is it NetConnection.Connect.Failed?
