I've just been streaming for more than 20 minutes and the log doesn't show any
insufficient BW warning. Flix is 8.0.2.0 version and I've been using the
Broadband Med - 256kbps settings.

I didn't know a new version came out -- Thanks, I'll try that. Do you still
get periodic Insufficient BW errors with 8.0.2.0? Mine occur once every couple
minutes on 8.0.1.8.

      Hi Ben,

Yes the devs are aware of this problem. I've spoken to Chris Allen a few
times over the phone regarding the issues. Unfortunately, it seems we're a bit
in the minority on this as most Red5 users are content with webcams and the
sorenson codec. Have you tried the earlier version of Flix? Did that help at
all?

Do we have any leads to solutions for this matter? (or developers'
attention?)
I don't want to bug the devs, but it's a pretty serious limitation of
Red5 if it can't handle VP6 live streams.

        cheers,
