I've just been streaming for more than 20 minutes and the log doesn't show any insufficient BW warning. Flix is 8.0.2.0 version and I've been using the Broadband Med - 256kbps settings.

Unfortunately, it seems we're a bit in the minority on this as most Red5 users are content with webcams and the sorenson codec. Have you tried the earlier version of Flix? Did that help at all?
