Hi all, I've got a user who has been reporting seeing a pop-up error message saying PageGUID Missing. This tends to occur when using the Edit Content via Form red dot.
I've never seen this error before but have now looked through the Common log files and can see it's been appearing for a long time although has never been reported. Cross-checking the reddot common log files with the user log files it appears that the users that have been having this message (at least in the log files) are only those users that have the ability to work from home and that access RedDot through a VPN. Has anybody else encountered this error and if so, am I barking up the wrong tree trying to associate it with VPN access?
