Hi All, We moved all our Reddot databases to a new server today but we encountered an issue. None of the projects in Server Manager- >Administer Project->Project cannot access the database for some reason. I see (database server not available) next to the project name. The tested the database connection in Admin Database Server- >Server Connection and it told me there isn't any issue connecting to it. I assigned all the project to that database connection but I still couldn't connect it for some reason. Any help and advice is appreciated.
