Hi Jian and Richard, Thanks for your reply. Jian, that is exactly what I have. I have user A for RDServer.ini and user B for access to the database but the projects still can't talk to the database server for some odd reason. It is giving me "Database Server Not Available" even though there is no issue with the database server connection when I test it. I am not sure if there is anything else I forgot to set up.
