Hi Johny,

User specified in RDServer.ini allows the application to connect to
ioApplication and ioAdministration.  If you can login in CMS, then
user in RDServer.ini is good.

Onced logged in, in server manager, under administer database
connections (something like that), you can use the database connection
setting, in which you can provide connection information for project
databases.

In summary, whatever database user you are using, please ensure it has
sufficient rights to access the databases.  For user roles, please
refer to the installation manual.
