I guess that I just have good luck.  i do minimal work to my tank.  Reugular
H20 Changes, I dose Kalk, and feed my aneome about 3 times a month.  I go to
the seafood market and buy 1 shrimp, (they usually give it to me) peel it
and lace it directly on the anenome.   I have VHO Lighing, 3 36 inch bulbs,
and fairly good H2O movement.  Every now and then I will buy a bottle of
that "invert food"  that companies sell.   I haven't ever noticed a big
increase in growth or appearance to justify using it on a regular basis.
