I have just recently spoken to Ron Shimeck on the subject. He has great succes with an
anemone in a 60 gallon hex. He swears that by using a deep sandbed that he has had
excellent succes in
keeping up with the feeding habits of the anemone. Before that his succes was
marginal. He does feed at least once a day a fairly heavy dosage of food. Just his two
cents worth.

LEAVING THE LIST

To stop receiving messages you will need to send a message to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with a command to remove you from the list. The list
manager controls who belongs to the list.

For example:
 --------------------------------------------------------------
       From: John Doe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
         To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
    Subject: <not needed>

    UNSUBSCRIBE
