I have a 28 watt PC on my 15 gallon refugium. It is on 24 - 7 and works

How much light is required to keep Caluerpa healthy. I have a 10
gallon sump
for my 45 gal reef. How much Caluerpa should I add to my sump and
should the
lights remain on all the time or on a 12hour cycle.
Thanks
Fred
