I bought a PFO retro kit which came with the socket, reflector, ballast,
wired up and ready to go and pfo ballasts for the vho(i think the electronic
pfo vho ballast was $60.  I have the pfo ballast on a 29 gallon tank running
two 55 watt PCs now and have ice cap 3000's running my vhos now.  Bought the
end caps, etc. and installed in a canopy I built.
