I have a 42x17x20 tank that i light with one 175 watt mh/10K and two 35" vho
actinics. Very easy to keep temp managable and it looks great. If I did it
again I would do the same thing. Keeping SPS/LPS/Leathers/Soft corals. Just
have to place the light loving stuff in the middle of the tank. I have all
my polyps and mushrooms on the sides and bottom, etc. The sides of my tank
are lmostcompletely covered with button polyps so plenty of light gets to the
sides. I could always add another mh if I needed to later.
