Thanks. All of my threads have teflon tape, and all of my PVC to flex tube
barbs have hose clamps. I don't see any water dripping from any where, so I
don't know that any air could be getting sucked in. If it was, wouldn't
water drip from there? Not sure myself, just asking.

You just have it hard threaded right to the pump? Mebbe try a couple
wraps of
some teflon tape around all the fittings.. Not sure..
