Talking about reflectors... I�ve seen those aluminium reflectors and they
are pretty expensive, so my question is this: Can I stick mirrors in all my
lamp hood?? i guess this will reflect more than aluminium right?

You PC lighting amount seems within the threshold to keep LPS and some other
lower light animals like polyps and such. You are looking at just over 3.2
wpg and if you do it right, you could probably get away with that just fine.
Use reflectors and keep your LPS type corals a bit higher in the tank and
you should be okay. You can always add a bit more light later if you find it
is not enough.
