Title: RE: Yet another calcium problem/question....

This is step by step what he told me to do & how it worked. I'll try to be short.
1. Stopped using 2 part cal. not potent enough. Used liquid cal. at double daily dose.
2. He said raise ALK to 3.6-3.8 & try to force the cal. types to mix. He also said alk. buffer is just baking soda? Tried this for a week, didn't work for me, the level stopped falling but not rising.

3. Switched to Turbo Calcium (which they said would mix with liquid cal.)He said keep adding & checking every 2 hrs. until I saw a rise then add that much daily until level is up. I added 6 tsp. the first day & 3 tsp. daily for a week until I used all 200g I bought & it tested 400.

4. Level was still unstable & dosage was un predictable so he said add Magnesium. After adding Magnesium level stabilized at 450 & I now top off with Kalk & add 1/2 to 1 tsp. Turbo Cal. weekly.

My situation was a bit different than yours because my calc. level was way low to begin with as well as my buffer capacity, that's why the Magnesium helped.

Forgot to ask, did your calcium eventually come up? What did you do,
continue to add double dose, or just recommended dose or what?

Thanks again,
Shane
