No, lack of light will not kill them, they will reproduce faster and they
will become smaller, that all.  My aptasia raising tank has no light what so
ever and I get a ton of aptaisia from it.  I would reccomend getting berghia
nudibranches from Inland Aquatics, thats what I have, and breed.  They do
not eat snails, chitons, pods like a peppermint and they do not eat clams,
corals, worms like a copperband.  All they eat is aptaisia.
