According to Cabel Sasser it'll be in a future Coda update. If you want to add a bit more weight behind the feature go to http://getsatisfaction.com/panic/topics/coda_code_collapsing and vote it up. GetSatisfaction is not their official support area, but it looks like the monitor it on occassion.
