Although I am always for people adopting a CMS, I'll add that free is
not usually zero cost, depending on the person's comfort level with web
tasks.

I had a question from a friend today that I don't know how to answer.
He wants to build a basic website for a small company, and he has no
web design/coding experience at all. He found an application at Fry's
called Web Easy Professional

and asked me if it's a good solution. I do all my web work in raw
code, so I really know nothing about website authoring tools.
Do any of you have opinions on the matter? He's looking for something
no more expensive than $100. Any ideas?
