What I do is to walk the client through the process of doing it
themselves. I would be on the phone with them and tell them what to
put, and then that way I can also get the usernames and passwords I
would usually end up needing anyway.

Doing it on the phone makes sure that it is set up right, because for
my low tech clients, I've learned that it is easier and faster to do
it together.
