Ouch... That's a rather limiting stance there Vaskin. ;) I, for one, revel in 
the tastiness of many different meats cooked low and slow. To me the beef vs. 
pork debate isn't worth having - they're both great. Now, I will say that Texas 
barbecue does believe that if it's good, it doesn't need sauce. ;) That's not 
to say it isn't used, but the flavor of the meat should be able to stand on 
it's own.

If there are enough people on the list who actually like to barbecue (in 
addition to eating barbecue), I'm sure we could set up a little barbecue geeks 
group. We could spend the day playing with fire, enjoying some libations and 
discussing page load optimization...
