Paul, I tested it on IE8 on Win XP and it does not open the popup to download. The status bar says it is downloading the .mv4 file (a quick movement of the green status bar), but nothing opens to confirm a save and I don't think the file is has downloaded. It's Arye's machine and I'm not sure where he has the downloads store, but I searched his c drive for sheme-* and it was not found.
