Paul,

I've run into this issue.  The problem I found was that the settings in IE
would not allow downloads.  I believe it has to do with the level of
security set on IE.   If you ease up on the security level for downloads it
should fix the issue.  Hope that helps!

The status bar says it is downloading the .mv4 file (a quick movement of
the green status bar), but nothing opens to confirm a save and I don't

You don't need to download the actual file. I just need to know the Save as
popup show in a few seconds vs. a few minutes.
