Thanks Karen. Thanks Meghan. I know eventually the client is able to download these. I think it might e that IE is trying to actually play the videos using the quicktime plugin. I don't run the plugin on my WinXP system since I only use this for testing. So on my end the file is just downloaded like a zip file or something else. Trying to see if right-clicking the link and 'Save Target As...' works better for her.
