Just a quick followup, I followed the instructions from http://dr-palaniraja.blogspot.com/2010/12/import-delicious-bookmarks-to-evernote.html and it appears to have imported everything correctly. Please note, when you go to do the import, select the Include Tags checkbox if you wish to keep your tags intact.
