Paul Terry Walhus, Yeah, say that article. You should note that the link you referenced is somewhat dated from 2010. Life Hacker actually linked to it in Dec 2010. you will note form the link I provided from Evernote the Delicious imported was dropped this past Oct 2011.
So good luck if you are trying to import today. I would say there are probably some other services that will directly import from Delicious. Then you would need to import from that intermediate service into Evernote. For myself I did the import some time ago so do not need to know how this is done at present.
