Jeff, I too started using del.icio.us then Magnolia. But last year I went to using Evernote. So for that initial import I setup a 'Notebook' within Evernote's app called 'Delicious'. This handled the bulk of the information. I've not gone back through to add tags or anything. I'm wondering if Evernote would now import the Delicious tags.
I also use Evernote for things like code snippets and most everything. It cuts down on the number of other applications needed to keep track of things.
