By absolutely no means do I think we live in a golden
age.
Hmmmm.....can you give some examples of age more golden than this one? or this country? I would easily put our checkered past up against ANY other country's or geographic areas.....obviously we need to improve, but the strength of America seems to be that we do actually strive to live up to our ideals from time to time......of course, if you want to compare us to "Hitler's Willing Executioners" then go ahead...but I think that comparison falls into the realm of the non-sensical....kinda like calling every person who ever had a bigoted thought or statement a racist....after awhile the word loses all meaning when that happens.............
and yes, I guess I do see this age as at least silver..........through my crap covered non-pc glasses, no less.....
