Dear Chris,
I just read the ChangeLog for 2.4.19-pre4 and saw, that there were
several problems concerning the interaction of NFS with VFS addressed by
recent patches. Furthermore, the 1GBit-driver ns83820 which we use has
been patched. So hopefully my problems will be solved in the near future.
Since I'm not in the position for testing kernels of the pre-series on our
server, could you please keep me up to date when you experience any
improvements with reiserfs/NFS related to recent kernel patches (Just a
short note on the reserfs-list...) ?
