This wasn't adjacent tones. It was on tones like 100.0, 186.2, 146.2, and 173.8 - all within second or two of each other - sometimes worse (even more tones). No, it wasn't being overdriven. Using commercial gear worked fine, but the ham stuff without high pass filters drove the panel crazy. For the record, I think it was a Zetron. I prefer CSI, but that's one reason why the Zetron was 'available' for ham use. :-) BTW, it was wired per factory specs on a GE M-II station, so it wasn't a mickey mouse job.
