There is one ACC type of FC-1 protocol.

The Hall RBI with earlier software talks ACC.
Later versions of the RBI traded the ACC for 
the "enhanced serial protocol", which is 
not ACC compatible.

The RBI with the enhanced protocol has a 
lot of enhanced features, much better pl 
decoding... yadda yadda. Oh yes, power 
control.

If you contact Doug Hall Electronics, I 
believe they might supply you with their 
enhanced protocol information. It's 
supposed to be generic and public.
