All The RBI-1's have the FC-1 support in the code. It can tell by the number
of bytes in the data stream if it is talking FC-1, shackmaster FC-1 or DHE.
The latest RBI-1 revision is V3.4 and that still works with the ACC RC 85,
96, and 850. It was the support for the shack master's 3(?) byte version of
the FC-1 that was dropped when memory chan support was added. V3.0.

The DHE data spec has been made available to all developers that have asked
for it over the years. Many repeater controller manufactures have adopted
the standard, and several hams have used it to add freq agile remote base
linking to their own home grown controller. Adapting it to a different radio
would be a good thing, the supported Kenwoods are getting hard to find.
