By 'different repeaters', you mean with different cutoffs, right? Or do I'm thinking that different discriminators put out different levels, and their impedance is pretty high so you don't want to load them, things like that. Nothing that can't be done, just takes some study.
We really like switched-cap filters and have used them to detect and notch tones from tone remotes, but in that application they were set to fixed frequencies. If you need to change the notch easily or often without test gear, you'd want to make the clock changeable somehow. If not, either SCFs or a traditional active filter would work..
