[Repeater-Builder] Kenwood TK-780/ Help!!

Greetings,   I need a little help. I need to build a backup repeater, so I can takedown our main 2 meter repeater for repairs. this is for our county's Skywarn/ emergency  Use. I have 2 new Kenwood TK 780  VHF radios, that I would like to use as my County backup    Have two questions:   1      Can they be programed to work at 146.865/ 146.265? 2       Can anyone supply me with a hookup, or some type diagram to the           points where I tie in the repeater controller?       I can't seem to get anyone to help me with this, including most repeater       Controller builders.                                           Any help appreciated, Mike    Mike Johnson KD4HLH Yahoo!
