I believe that unless you are looking for directivity, you will find that a spacing of one full wavelength for the interconnect cable will feed the two antenneas (or antennea) in phase. The Velocity Factor of the interconnecting cable would need to be considered in the calculation for the correct length, however. A 1/2 wavelength separation would feed the two antennas out of phase. The 1/4 length, I don't have the foggest.
