Well, I would agree with this idea but... :) The power supply is the built in supply for a Motorola Quantar High Power w/ DC backup.
The Quantar at full 125 watts out checks absolutly clean and perfect on the service monitor. Duplex generating thru the duplexer and monitoring the output shows no indication of the problems. If there was a power supply issue I would expect to see this all the time under load. If there was a reactance issue I would think it would rear its head in this configuration also. It appears to me to be an IM product but I cannot seem to trace the origin of it down. I have installed a DCI-146-4H on the antenna port of the duplexer and still see the spurs. The last step is a isolator that will be here first of next week.. after that I am at a loss. BTW, did I mention I am an FTR for Motorola and work with Quantars every day? I assure you there is nothing wrong with the station. It is performing to spec. --- In [email protected], Dave VanHorn <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > At 07:00 PM 5/28/2005, TOM MANNING wrote: > >Andy > > You do not indicate what type power supply you are using.
