It was always my understanding that, when calculating the cable lengths of a 
duplexer harness, the characteristics of the loops come into play.  It's not 
just a matter of calculating a 1/4 wavelength of coax.   Your best bet is to 
contact someone that has the same duplexer on 2 meters and get the lenghts from 
them.
