Hi Ed,

yes, the TCXO is 12.8MHz and I have the service manual,
but as I don't know if my programming is correct I don't
know if it make much sense to check some points but I'll
do later.

I also ordered a few new eproms, maybe they are old and
sometimes not completely empty after erasing. 

The crazy thing is, I cant run neither the TX nor the RX
unit.
