Yes it's not bringing the repeater up on a reliable basis. 
 I have left the radio keyed up for at least 30 seconds 
and it still won't bring up the repeater.

I don't think the DTMF codes are getting through either so 
I can't change the anit-kerchunk.  Should the repeater be 
keying up when I enter DTMF codes?  I know it mutes them 
but should it still go into transmit?
