The protocol is an odd baud rate and odd tone frequencies, but it should be possible to construct a decoder to look for the termination sequence of 'NNNN' Please refere to FCC Rules 11.31 for more information. This would be a perfect task for the new TinyTrak4, but you will have to motivate Byon to write the code.
