Anyone with a tp-3200 needs to inspect it for the additional reset timer daughterboard. It's a 3-wire reset timer added to the tp-3200 to prevent it from locking-up in some conditions.
Open your tone panel and look for the small daughterboard anchored down with double sided tape or Silicon glue. Last I heard it was a free kit but might currently be modestly priced.
