There is a glitch in the software that will cause the controller 
to lock-up under/in certain conditions. The reset timer board 
reboots the hardware every so often so the controller will reset
every x-amount of time, which I believe to be about every half 
hour. 

If you don't have the board in your tp-3200 you should consider 
putting one inside if you use mulitple ctcss codes...
