If it IDs at the same time, is that OK? What about repeaters that send a beacon out every 30 minutes?
These are all being generated by the controller at the repeater site, and if these transmissions have been authorized by the trustee and/or control ops, it seems to be an allowed transmission, annoying (to some) as it may be.
