Program any pin but one's below for TOR, state active high Program pin 24 for PL encode on, and pin 25 for PL encode off, set the state of pin 24 for high and pin 25 for low, 2 jumpers needed from the TOR pin to pins 24 and 25 now repeater will only encode while it decodes, and will drop encode when user unkeys."
