My first answer to you was civil, informative, and off list... ...but now it is clear to me that you completely missed the concept in applying and "earning" your ham license. The information is there...Google CB repeaters... Any ham who builds one is risking their license plus the respect of any other rule conscious Amateur Radio operator...
