Hi, So that's no longer a Review Board issue. I bet that file really isn't in the repository. If you look at that exact file and revision, is it available on GitHub anywhere, or just your local repository?
Where are you committing your change, and what revision/branch are you basing it on? Make sure it's one that's available upstream in your GitHub repo.
