Hi, Couple of users reported me there were facing issue with updating diff file.When they click on update diff nothing seems to be happening and i tested & checked log file and error says
[Mon Jun 17 15:20:00 2013] [error] [client 16.108.146.152] mod_wsgi (pid=31993): Exception occurred processing WSGI script '/var/www/reviewboard/htdocs/reviewboard.wsgi'., referer: URL [Mon Jun 17 15:20:00 2013] [error] [client 16.108.146.152] IOError: failed to write data, referer: URL Why is it working for most of people and failing for only two people(i knew)?
