IMPALA-15090: Make Query Profile Redaction DOM to DOM
Build redaction alias maps once and apply them recursively in-place on a copied
profile JSON DOM. This removes the redacted text parse round-trip while keeping
existing size-limit checks and unredaction compatibility for serialized output.
