IMPALA-5180: Don't balk at non-deterministic exprs HDFS partition pruning can run afoul of our logic of considering Exprs which have no SlotRefs as bound by default when it gets a non-deterministic expression. The fix is to simply not consider constant and unbound exprs as bound to slots, which was counter-intuitive.
