Hey thanks for looking at this. //cc @ahirreddy who ran into this today
also. I'm wondering though, is the real bug here that `createClassLoader`
doesn't properly set the parent of the created `ExecutorURLClassLoader`?
If the class `Foo` is correctly visible to the Executor with the changes
you propose here, then I wonder if the delegation order is just messed up. In
theory the `replClassLoader` should not try to load the class if it's already
visible from a parent.
